    Position Summary

    Cinedigm is a leading entertainment distributor and one of the largest aggregators of independent digital content worldwide. We distribute feature films, TV programs and web originals via digital download, streaming, video on demand, Blu-ray, DVD and theatrical release.


    • Liaise with filmmakers/studio clients and internal stakeholders for physical and digital film and television releases, including:
    • vetting submissions
    • creating selling guides
    • initiating and updating product item setup
    • communicating and managing deadlines for assets and information from clients to production, operations and sales teams
    • Act as the gatekeeper for dozens of digital clients, responding to requests that can include questions on film/TV placement, statements, and marketing efforts past and present
    • Assist marketing team with social media posts to support releases, coordinating with West Coast contact for social media calendar
    • Provide administrative assistance to marketing team and clients, e.g., processing purchase orders, managing incoming public performance requests and filmmaker orders, and handling screening room requests
    • Manage and distribute company release schedule
    • Create promotional and theatrical drafting selling guides

    Specific Knowledge Abilities and Skills

    • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
    • Entertainment background preferred
    • Upbeat, proactive approach with a balance of strategic and creative thinking, analysis, and project management
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage deadlines and identify urgency when necessary
    • Highly collaborative and strong team player with solution-minded approach
    • Effective at communicating business needs across all levels with colleagues and clients, and demonstrating professional maturity
    • Familiarity with social media platforms
    • Expertise in Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • College degree required
