    Position Summary

    Cinedigm is seeking a full-time candidate to support our Digital Networks Executives with administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, travel arrangements, invoicing, data entry, composing PowerPoint presentations, pulling reports, posting on social media, writing company newsletters as well as various other duties to support the department.


    • Assist three department executives
      • Manage and maintain schedules.
      • Answer phones and dial into conference calls.
      • Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
      • Book and coordinate travel arrangements.
      • Prepare agendas, reports and other documents as needed.
      • Handle all department invoices and expenses.
      • Perform special projects as assigned.
    • Assist marketing team
      • Design, write and schedule newsletters and eblasts.
      • Create graphics for social media platforms, newsletters, and eblasts.
      • Design, write and schedule posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest and develop social media strategies.
      • Grow social media/newsletter audience and increase brand awareness.
      • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and marketing decks.
      • Support execution of marketing plans.
      • Perform special projects as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Desire to work in a fast paced, evolving and dynamic business
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work in a cross functional environment
    • Works well under pressure
    • Understanding of digital media, digital channels (ranging from digital retail platforms to social media networks), and emerging business models.
    • Passion for Film, Television, & Home Entertainment in the evolving digital space a PLUS.
    • Photoshop and video editing basic knowledge.
    • Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills.
    • Basic knowledge of MailChimp
    • Written and verbal communication skills as well as strong attention to detail.
